Consulting

I offer educational consulting services and professional development for individuals and organizations. My specialities include educational research, monitoring and evaluation, humanitarian aid and development assistance, project life cycle, project design and implementation.

My recent consulting experiences include the development of the Guinea-Bissau national strategy for out-of-school children promoted by UNICEF; assessment of the Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) Minimum Standards Usage and Uptake with a focus on the Portuguese language; design and management of the evaluation of the UNICEF South Sudan education programme (L3 response) (2016 to 2018); the design and management of the qualitative research from the “Study on Out-of-School Children in Guinea-Bissau” promoted by UNICEF for the Ministry of Education of Guinea-Bissau; facilitate the national workshop about the monitorisation of the Sustainable Development Goal 4 for the National Network for Education for All – Cabo Verde; conduct the final external evaluation of the UNESCO extra-budgetary project “Improvement of teacher qualification and setting up of a system for the management of learning outcomes in Guinea-Bissau”.
